Requirements for a trainer at LUXUSLASHES®

• At least 3 years experience in lash extensions
• Self-employed
• Own business premises in a good location with transport links
• Room for 4 loungers
• Bright rooms with table for 5 persons
• Time for coaching (at least 4-6 days per month)

The partners have a solid economic basis and can provide the necessary time for training and sales modules. The partner is familiar with the basics of commercial experience ("economic competence") and has the ability to lead and motivate employees ("leadership skills"). The partners are characterized by assertiveness and a corresponding appearance. It is necessary for the partner to live in the same city where he runs his training center, as knowledge of the region is the best prerequisite for rapid acceptance and success. A well-booked coach works week by week with different people he most often did not know before. Therefore, a coach must be able to adjust quickly to the most diverse people.
